Our Studio Policy

COVID_19 Disclaimer

We are taking additional precautions to make our studio a safe and sterile place. We currently do not require that our therapists wear a mask however would be willing to upon request.

If you feel sick or are starting to feel sick, please do not hesitate to contact us about your appointment.

POLICIES
We offer therapeutic full body massage/stretching and pain relief only. Any inappropriate action or language during the session is cause for termination of the massage session with payment due in full.

RESERVATION POLICY
Our services are available by appointment, 7 days a week from 11am to 8pm. We require that ALL appointments be held with a payment card, even if they are booked for the same day. Appointments are booked based on availability. We recommend scheduling your appointment at least two to three days in advance to ensure availability and we will try our best to honor your requested date and time.

48 HOUR REMINDER / 24-HOUR CANCELATION POLICY
We request at least a 24 hour notice of cancelation prior to your appointment. A reminder email is sent out 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. We reserve the time especially for you and are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for a lost potential client. If the situation arises within the 24 hour mark, certain restrictions will be put on your account for a probationary period to be determined by the owner. If you do not give any notice at the time of your appointment you will be required to prepay for future services & leave a major credit card on file if there is not one already. Because we may turn people away for the time we hold for you, the cancelation policy still applies even if you are making the appointment for the same day. No-shows for scheduled and same-day appointment cancelations less than 24 hours are subject to the same policy, this includes cancelation of rescheduled appointments previously made that are past the 24 hours advance notice, and/or any gift card associated with that appointment will count as services rendered and forfeited.

JEWELRY AND OTHER VALUABLES
Our parking lot is in a high traffic area so please remember not to leave anything that looks valuable in plain sight and if you do bring valuables with you into the studio please secure them with your other belongings prior to the start of the session, we have a bench with storage for your belongings and a charging station for your mobile device.
